This series of sessions is designed to provide structured support for teams emerging from crisis and looking for renewal.
Organizations exist on a continuum of low to high functioning. The culture staff inhabit (formal and informal) is the lever that sets your place on that continuum. Intentional culture design is the center of this series. Leadership teams will advance through a structured approach to defining, communicating, systematizing and advancing organizational culture.

This session will guide not-for-profit BOD members through an overview of the state legislative cycle and key on three primary areas of influence they can pursue to build organizational advocacy voice. Information will include tools for assessing current assets and capacity for developing this aspect of Board engagement.
Beyond setting vision, policy and budget parameters there are bright prospects for organizational effectiveness. For Boards that have the “basics” down and are looking for ways to step up the synergy between Executive and Directors. This session will explore organizations’ trends and tendencies with a lens to enhancing next level internal/ external collaborations.
