Beth is a founder and executive leader in the non-profit business sector. She has owned and operated her own business for almost 20 years. Her expertise core rests in start up planning, regulatory navigation, financing opportunities, board development and customer relations. Direct personal leadership has also been a cornerstone of her business career, emphasized in her passion for individualized growth and coaching.
In tandem with her business career, Beth has pursued a higher education track. A tenured professor in Early Childhood and later a campus administrator; her insight into government run institutions and quality improvement systems is advanced. Her doctoral research with Duquesne University has driven deep into policy analysis and change levels.
She resides in Western New York with her partner, Timothy, and her three children, Ethan (19), Aiden (16), and Ella (11). She loves reading, boating, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Timothy is an executive leader with over 30 years’ experience in for and not-for-profit management. His expertise in organizational development and team dynamics has been honed in a variety of settings including community based, statewide and multinational organizations. Transformational leadership characterizes his approach with a strengths centered take on growing talent and capacity.
He has successfully navigated small and large teams through organizational culture change by fostering values based leadership. His policy advocacy efforts began over 15 years ago working with state legislators to enact family friendly state level policy and has expanded to include work at the federal level. As a lobbyist he has successfully guided campaigns which created positive impact for millions of New York state professionals.
Tim is a father to seven (his, theirs and ours!) and believes being a dad is his great accomplishment. He has been a firefighter, a coach, and a writer. A lifelong runner and reader, he enjoys sailing, snorkeling and a good day on the beach!
