1. Initial and Ongoing Consultation
   1. Meet staff to understand strategic goals and related funding needs.
   2. Gather information regarding current and ongoing efforts.
   3. Meet monthly to discuss progress and emergent opportunities.
2. Grant Strategy
   1. In cooperation with staff, develop a strategic grant framework that is organizationally aligned, systematic and provides at least a three year outlook. 
   2. Elements to include goals, resource mapping, key performance indicators, timeline and sustainability planning. 
   3. This resource will guide ongoing efforts and allow flexibility to capitalize on emergent solicitations 
3. Grant Research
   1. In-depth and ongoing identification of suitable grant opportunities (government, foundation, or corporate).
   2. Incorporate information into grant strategy calendars.
4. Grant Support 
   1. Where possible develop boilerplate documents for future use.
   2. Grant tracking and reporting support.
5. Funder Relations
   1. With identified funders, conduct background research into organization and individuals and provide summary profiles for staff use.
   2. As needed, provide document relationship support (letters, correspondence, case statements, etc.)
6. Proposal Development
   1. Develop compelling proposals tailored to funder guidelines.
   2. Draft sections including: Executive Summary, Needs Statement, Project Description, Goals & Objectives, Methods & Evaluation, Budget & Justification, Sustainability Plan, Budget, Required Forms, Other required items detailed by funder.
   3. Work with staff to edit and polish proposals.
   4. Support final submission of proposals.

B: 6 or 12 month agreement focused on development of strategy documents and steady growth. Ongoing consultation, strategy development, research, and foundation proposal development average of two per month

C: 6 or 12 month agreement providing comprehensive service and aggressive reach. All detailed elements included and monthly foundation grant output average of three per month and two major proposals annually.
